University of Northampton has 3 main sites across the town, and has various buildings and different types of halls of residence. The University has over 12,000 students.
The University needed a structured approach to their washroom services, as it is such a large site with over 440 sanitary bins as well as medical waste.
It was all hands on deck for the install, with many of the Hygenie team there to help everything go smoothly. We split the site up into three parts with two personnel on each area which meant we could be finished by early afternoon and ensure the site had no disruption.
There for the install was: Our Managing Directors Cosette and Lee as well as Tony from the office as the Service Controller for hygiene it was good for Tony to see a site install from start to finish – especially one this big!
New to the Hygenie team, Jonathon Jones, got stuck in, as well as our Service Manager Darren Mclean and our new Sales Consultant Ben Wright.
The team on site at the university were a great help with access throughout the day and really friendly which made the installation so much easier.
The client said the next day “Thank you very much for yesterday went like a dream compared to previous experiences…. And we are really grateful.”
We have prepared a service schedule for the rest of the year so the clients know the days we will be on site, three personnel will service each visit and two of them were on the install so they already have a good idea of the site plan.
We prepare a full inventory of equipment and locations and this is ticked off per visit. Again the site is separated into areas to ensure all areas are completed on the service day. We always ensure the same personnel per service so the client is assured that they know the site.
