We've been looking forward to moving across to Hygenie for the last few years and were not disappointed. Emma and Daren from the team were incredible, they installed the new sanitary bins and airfresh/air purification units within a few hours.

The biggest incentive to move across to Hygenie was not only the brilliant customer service but knowing the sanitary bin collection schedule is provided to us with two weeks notice, which is vital within a college environment.

We moved our hygiene and washroom services to Hygenie in September 2022, combining two previously separate contracts who were both underperforming.

Cosette and Ben visited our sites to undertake the required surveys, they listened to our needs and put together a service-level plan that suited our requirements and budget. This combined our sanitary washroom services and clinical waste collections across two geographically separate sites.

Hygenie have proven to be reliable with great communication, the greatest compliment I can provide is I now rarely have to even think about our washroom and clinical waste services, Hygenie just ensures it happens.

"I am the Site Manager at Oak Wood Schools in Nuneaton, Hygenie have become one of our most reliable and trusted contractors over the past few years. Before them we had a contract for removal of hazardous waste from our site with another company, however missed visits and poor service had become the norm for us. We appointed Hygenie Washroom Services Ltd after their successful bid to take over the servicing of our sanitary bins across all of our 4 schools and its 24 buildings since 7th October 2019.
We are absolutely delighted with their provided services so far and their ethos and approach toward our business. Their staff are positive, polite, professional and all DBS checked. They communicate effectively with us and all their 2 weekly and monthly service schedule are already planned for a period of 1 year and we get an email reminder of next visit before each visit.

At St Edmund Hall we were using a nationwide company for our hygiene services. We had been let down by them many times by either infrequent service calls or in many cases no service calls. We changed to Hygenie Washrooms after having repeated problems with our previous supplier. Since changing the quality of service is fantastic. They book in prior to service by email and the same person comes to each visit. The equipment they have provided is much improved, the sanitary units are kept in situ but the liner is changed and the unit sanitized each service. This way of servicing is a great improvement on the exchange service. Our new Hygenie Oxygen Airfresh smells great and we have positive feedback about the washrooms. Lastly they now provide our floor matting on a rental and clean service and these are also great quality.

We have used Hygiene Washrooms for a while now, after changing from a National company, the difference in service is very noticeable. They provide us with scheduled visits and email us in advance. The staff are professional, well-presented and provide a discreet service.
