What is your role at Hygenie?
I’m the Sales Administrator. If you’ve rang us up before, it’s likely you will have spoken to me!
What do you enjoy most about your work?
No two days are the same, which is what makes my job so interesting… I particularly like dealing with our customers, as they are always impressed with our customer service. We turn any queries around immediately! I also love the setting up and invoicing aspect of my role.
What product would you recommend to those reading this?
Our air steril system is fantastic as it completely removes odours in any situation. Having previously worked in the hotel industry, I know first hand that they’re great at removing odours in bedrooms. It enables the bedrooms to be resold the same day rather than being out of action for days!
What are 3 words you’d use to describe the team at Hygenie?
Fun, hardworking and loyal.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I have three sons between the ages 12-21. They’re all keen sportsmen, so most weekends are spent watching Rugby, Hockey and Football. In between this, I enjoy socialising with family and friends.
Before working at Hygenie, what was the most interesting job you’ve had?
I used to be an events and wedding coordinater at a well known Coventry hotel and really enjoyed all aspects of this role.
