Carl is another of our hard working Field Service Operatives. We’ve managed to grab him for a quick chat – here’s what he had to say…

What is your role at Hygenie?

I’m a Field Service Operative.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

The variety of my role, as we undertake such a broad range of work. It’s also great visiting sites all over the country.

What product would you recommend to those reading?

Personalised logo floor mats. They’re ideal for schools, hospitals, health practices, nurseries, leisure centres and more. They provide a professional image to customers and visitors – First impressions mean a lot! They’re available to purchase or rent and come in many different sizes.

What are 3 words you’d use to describe the team at Hygenie?

Caring, Professional, Family.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I don’t have a lot of spare time outside of work, as I also do a lot of DJ’ing. It has always been a passion for me – I have travelled the country for weddings, parties, and celebrations. When I do get a rare spare weekend, I like to spend time with my not so little children (16 & 18) and my partner and her family. I have just completed the summer solstice which is a 53 mile off road bike ride. It was great fun with a group of my friends!

Before working at Hygenie, what was the most interesting job you’ve had?

I spent over 6 years working for NHS in different roles within the mental health sector. I met some fantastic people, both staff and patients. As you can imagine, I had some very interesting days but all very rewarding to see the difference you make in peoples lives, no matter how big or small.
