St Thomas More Catholic Academy and Sixth Form College, located in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, recently partnered with Hygenie Washrooms earlier this year for a comprehensive washroom service solution. The school require a reliable, regular service to ensure their washroom facilities are well-stocked and maintained across the school estate.

Requirement

The school needed a dependable provider to meet their high standards for washroom hygiene and service levels. Prior experiences with other suppliers had left the school seeking a provider who could ensure timely replenishment of consumables, efficient waste management, and a proactive approach to communication.

Solution

The Hygenie Washrooms team conducted a detailed site survey, offering tailored recommendations to enhance the functionality and experience of the washroom facilities. Based on this analysis, we were awarded the contract, providing a dedicated account manager as a single point of contact for streamlined communication. The team also maintains proactive communication with the team at the school, informing them of scheduled visits which take place every four weeks and assisting with consumable orders prior to each service call.

As part of the installation, we upgraded the sanitary units to optimise waste disposal processes and introduced oxygen air fresheners to enhance the atmosphere in high-footfall areas. Furthermore, we proposed eco-friendly solutions, including low-energy hand dryers and urinal flush control systems, aligning with the school’s goals to reduce environmental impact and lower operating costs.
