We moved our hygiene and washroom services to Hygenie in September 2022, combining two previously separate contracts who were both underperforming.
Cosette and Ben visited our sites to undertake the required surveys, they listened to our needs and put together a service-level plan that suited our requirements and budget. This combined our sanitary washroom services and clinical waste collections across two geographically separate sites.
Hygenie have proven to be reliable with great communication, the greatest compliment I can provide is I now rarely have to even think about our washroom and clinical waste services, Hygenie just ensures it happens.
