"I am the Site Manager at Oak Wood Schools in Nuneaton, Hygenie have become one of our most reliable and trusted contractors over the past few years. Before them we had a contract for removal of hazardous waste from our site with another company, however missed visits and poor service had become the norm for us. We decided to search out for quotes from a few other waste removal companies. Cosette came over from Hygenie and was very helpful, unlike some others she didn’t try to push us into a contract, she was polite and answered questions quickly. After we decided to move to them the install of new air filters, hand driers, bins and sanitary units was carried out at our convenience and done without a hitch. Since then we have had no issues, Ben comes out each week to clear our waste and regularly empties the sanitary bins, he is always polite and gets his jobs done quickly without any need for supervision. Additionally when needed I can always call Cosette to source cleaning materials and chemicals, she always seems to be able to find anything needed quickly. Overall I can definitely recommend Hygenie as a company to work with."
