The Process

Hygenie’s expert staff will own the process with you, always on hand with professional advice and recommendations.

Step 1 – Initial introduction and survey – we carry out a free full washroom survey, checking all washroom facilities for hygiene requirements. Important points to consider; number of female staff on site/visitor facilities/water management systems/hand drying/areas for floor matting/compliant with legislation.

Step 2 – Initial proposal and discussion – we will discuss service frequencies that suit your site requirements, show sample products and finishes so we can confirm a full quotation.

Step 3 – Refine objectives, requirements and costings ensure the quotation given suits budgets and needs.

Step 4 – Agree contract start date and installation, if you are already with a washroom contractor we ensure that we de install there equipment whilst installing ours to ensure you are not without any products.

Step 5 – Your service driver will be a regular driver who, holidays and sickness withstanding, will be your hygiene service representative. Our drivers are fully uniformed and DBS enhanced checked.

Step 6 – Regular monitoring and quality checks throughout the duration of the contract ensure your facilities are something to be proud of.
