Washroom Contract Terms & Conditions

Don’t get caught by inflexible contract terms. Please see our easy checklist below:

  1. Check how long the initial term of contract is.
  2. If you agree to a 3/5 year contract term check the get out clause if your circumstances change.
  3. Remember if you don’t give notice one quarter before you contract end date it will rollover for another period of time either 12 months or in some cases 3 and 5 years!
  4. Check your service visits on your contract are as per your quotation
  5. Check your duty of care charge if there is one is clearly listed on your contract.
